Adam Carolla, Sandy Ganz and Motorator Matt jump in with this special episode on the month in racing… Well the racing that they did anyway. Sandy and Matt follow up with a discussion on the Spectre 341 Challenge. Then onto Adam’s track day at Laguna Seca. Adam jumped in with the Datsun 610 at the LSR Invitational and takes us through that adventure.
There are a ton of pictures in this gallery, Page 1-5 are Spectre 341 and Page 6 has Adam and the Datsun 610 at Laguna Seca at the LSR Invitational. Note that the slide show will play all the slide not just the active page.
Adam Carolla and the Professor, Sandy Ganz, jump on the phone this week and talk a calls with the usual fun conversations that the Ace man conjures up. The Professor also takes us around a look at finish Mustang, “The Ripper” and give some details on what it’s all about.
Yeah we know it’s the same picture as the last phone episode, but what more do you need!
The week we take a walk around the Professors completed (yet again) 1965 Mustang Fastback. The Mustang is finally back together and Sandy does a walk around and show off the car as well as the obligatory engine start.

Adam Carolla and the Professor Sandy Ganz sit back with Vaughn Gittin Jr. Vaughn is a different breed of racer, he is a formula drifter. He is currently driving the Monster Energy Drink/Falken Ford Mustang. Vaughn teaches the boys more about the sport and how it all works. Then we jump back to a the “Derelict Wagon”, a station wagon that has been done with some amazing care yet looks like an un-restored car. Jonathan Ward has been on the show with his ICON 4×4’s and has many other amazing projects in the works!
Video of first test run at Willow Springs, the Streets. Car ran good except for a smokey engine problem. Engine definitely needs to come out for a tear down as something is not quite right. Ran good otherwise, and gearbox was a vast improvement over the TKO that was removed.
Note first lap was a warm up, skip to 5:00 minute mark that’s the start of the actual testing. And as always with The Ripper, PLAY LOUD
This Weeks CarCast guest Ryan Friedlinghaus sits down with Adam Carolla and Sandy Ganz to talk about some of the work going on at West Coast Customs. Shaq’s cars among others come up in the discussion. Ryan brings in three cars for the show, his Wrench Hot Rod, custom Dodge Charger, and a Mercedes, all being hit up by a leaf blower! Then Sandy and Motorator Matt head out to see Steve Strope’s Anvil Boss 429 Mustang Project. Enjoy the Show!
We take a quick trip out to Steve Strope’s Pure Vision Design shop to look at the Anvil Mustang. This is a work in progress project that we briefly saw at the Grand National Roadster Show. Steve and crew are making progress and we thought we would drop in and show some pictures and the Video.
